General terms of use
What do we offer?
The Yellow Lockers lets you rent automated lockers in central Madrid (Calle San Bernardo 5–7), available 365 days a year, to store your belongings with total convenience and security.
Types of lockers
- Small (P): 1 small bag
- Medium (M): 1 cabin-size suitcase + 1 small backpack
- Large (L): 2 cabin-size suitcases + 1 backpack
- Extra large (XL): 4 cabin-size suitcases or 1 large suitcase
Duration
You can rent from 1 to 15 days. Access is available all day (00:00–23:59).
Is the service charged by the hour or by the day?
It is charged by real days.
If you book today at 11:00, your use is covered until 11:00 tomorrow.
Prices and payments
Prices depend on the size and are always shown VAT included. Payment is made by card when booking.
What can you store?
Almost all types of personal items, except:c
- Cash, jewellery, or high-value items
- Unpackaged food, dangerous or illegal items
- Animals or people
- Items belonging to someone else, or items to be collected by a third party
Cancellations and changes
Once the booking is confirmed, changes or refunds are not accepted. If you need to modify it, you must contact us and make a new booking. After review, we will refund the incorrect booking provided it has not been used.

The premises are monitored by 24/7 CCTV.

Liability
The customer is responsible for their items and for proper use of the locker. The Yellow Lockers is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
Penalties
Additional charges apply if:
- You do not collect your items on time
- You leave prohibited items
- You damage the premises or the locker
